Al Arraf is a group word-association game. You and a partner use two different words and try to think of one word that connects them, then say your answers at the same time. If the answers differ, you can try again, up to three attempts, before the other players take a turn with new cards.

- Playing time: 30–45 minutes
- 200 cards, each with two words
- 60 coloured counters for tracking points
