Delivery covers all areas of Kuwait according to the applicable delivery charges for the order.
Additional Fee
Khiran and Wafra
Delivery to Khiran and Wafra costs KWD 5 added to the invoice total. We will contact the customer before delivering the order.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please Make Sure Someone Is Available to Receive the Order
If you are not available at the specified address, we may hand the order to any person present at that address, who will sign the invoice electronically or on a copy of the invoice.
Order Receipt Confirmation
When any person present at the specified address signs the delivery order, the customer is considered to have received the items listed on the invoice.
If the Order Cannot Be Delivered
If we arrive at the address you provided and are unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to arrange another delivery time.
Delivery Validity Period
The company is not responsible for any order that has not been delivered within 30 days from the order date.
